Breakfast

We aim to set you up for a day exploring the beautiful Lake District with a hearty breakfast. We have a selection of hot and cold choices including fruit juice, cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurt and of course, a traditional English cooked breakfast. Tea, coffee and toast are also served. We offer vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options where requested.

We serve breakfast between 08:15 am and 09:00 am in our ground floor Breakfast Room.  

We source many of our products from local suppliers including:

• Jams and marmalade from the Hawkshead Relish Company which is based on the edge of Esthwaite water
• Fresh coffee from Farrers in Kendal
• Cumberland sausages and bacon from the Kendal Meat Company
• Free range eggs from Lakeland Eggs at Bannerrigg Farm, Windermere
